      How is talent identified by Staffing Ocean?

      Our global network of recruiters assists us in identifying and vetting the top local talent. And lots of sponsored advertisements 😉

      Because it’s really, really difficult. Most businesses spend two months interviewing a large number of applicants from talent marketplaces with inflated reviews, just to hire someone who turns out to be subpar. We can help with that. For each position, we screen about 600 candidates, managing the numerous hours of payroll, international risk, and screening. However, we won’t stop you if you want to do it yourself 😀.

      This is intentional; we don’t control the talent.

      It’s our responsibility to identify exceptional individuals, handle their payroll, and follow up with them on a regular basis to ensure they won’t leave.

      It is your responsibility as a manager to treat each employee as if they were a member of the internal domestic team. We’ve discovered that this structure maintains employee motivation and retention over time.

      Indeed. We have never been unable to discover talent for a technical position.

      We specialize in mid-to-senior level talent, but we can handle any role.

      Although there is a variation, the individuals we locate are typically 70% less expensive than a fully-baked U.S. hiring.

      Your job description is finalized (within 24 hours), candidates are sought out (1–5 days), interviews are scheduled (1-3 days), candidates are interviewed with you (2–3 days), and you have a few nights to consider your options (1-2 days).

      Within 14 days of starting a search, we want someone on your team.

      You should know exactly what position you want to hire someone for and what kind of career advancement you would expect if they joined your team and achieved all of your goals (for example, this Social Media Assistant would eventually become a Senior Content Manager).

      We advise 40 hours per week since it will attract stronger candidates.

      Their English will likely be on par with yours, if not better, and they can hang.

      We are not a marketing agency at all. We make no promises regarding scopes or deliverables. You handle the folks we find. Thank you for visiting, but we are not a good fit for you if you don’t want to be a manager!

      Yes. Rates are determined by individuals. They are also free to quit whenever they choose because there are no long-term agreements. They will go if they don’t enjoy working with you. Be a good boss, or at least attempt to be one.

      We examine them. Each member of our team is vetted by a genuine person. We also require applicants to do a preliminary project prior to joining the team. Together with you, we review those project submissions to decide who to hire.

      Month to month, but you must notify us 30 days in advance if you choose to leave. These applicants are putting money into their careers to work with you. We understand that things don’t always work out, but you should approach this with the expectation that they will.

      You can do it yourself, or we can let them go.

      Depending on whether you and the candidate have developed a sincere relationship. Although we are there to assist if necessary, we find that customers who have worked with candidates for some time prefer to manage these communications themselves.

      It’s okay. Because it fosters repeat business from satisfied clients, we provide fairly flexible buy-out conditions in our contract.

      There is a balance here, and we can show you what has worked for businesses in your industry and size. We advise you to retain some responsibilities on-shore, but in the end, you must decide what is best for you, your team, and your profit and loss.
